Fowler, Mahan grab early lead at Bay Hill
ORLANDO, Fla. - Rickie Fowler and Hunter Mahan matched 3-under par 69s and shared the first round lead after the morning wave of the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill. Both players eagled the par-5 16th during their respective rounds. Phil Mickelson, Brian Davis, Bubba Watson and Jason Dufner were in a group of nine players finishing just one shot back at minus-2. Wind was a factor in the morning, but picked up in the afternoon and should be more of a factor for those with late tee times.
